Sports Injuries



Most sports injuries are due to either trauma or overuse of muscles or joints. The majority are caused by minor trauma involving muscles, ligaments, tendons, or bones, including:

  • Contusions (bruises)

  • Sprains

  • Strains

  • Fractures

  • Dislocations
